NOVA-VEYOR^®: Kwik Frame™ Slider Bed • Standard • Slider Bed

      Industrial Composites has developed an improved design for it's NOVA-VEYOR^® slider bed called the NOVA-VEYOR^® Kwik-Frame™.  The Kwik Frame™ is offered in two styles: Standard and Circular. In both instances, the main support structure of the Kwik Frame™ spans the customer's existing sub-structure. Three removable support modules to which either impact bars or POLY-SLIDE Bars^® are affixed are then slid across the main structure and pinned or bolted into position.  The interchangeable support modules are fabricated so that they may be installed in any position on the main structure. The degree of trough and style of Kwik-Frame™ is specified by the customer.

      The support modules are easily removed without lessening the tension on the conveyor belt. To minimize downtime, our customers are encouraged to maintain an inventory of standby support modules outfitted with replacement bars. The replacement modules may be installed without unnecessary delay.

      The main difference between the Kwik-Frame™ Standard and the Kwik-Frame™ Circular is shown on the adjacent photos.  In either model, the support modules are easily removed. The standard length for the module bars is twenty-four (24) Inches.
