  Industrial Composites is a manufacturer of conveyor components for the bulk materials handling industry. Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, rubber and steel are utilized in manufacturing composite wear products in various sizes and configurations designed to meet our customer's requirements. Our replacement wear bars are MSHA approved and are not affected by moisture, do not require lubrication and have no moving parts.  

Richwood Industries   
  Industrial Composites has recently introduced to the bulk materials handling industry a new design of our Poly-Slide Bar^® which provides a long-wearing and cost-effective retrofit solution for companies which utilize the Richwood Combi-Pact^® Saddle conveyor belt support system. Our Poly-Slide Bar^® is MSHA approved and the new design is manufactured to the same high quality standards as are found in our other products.

Continental Conveyor
  Continental Conveyor's impact beds incorporate a wear bar over a rubber impact strip mechanically fastened to the support structure using a bolt which is recessed into the wear bar . A simple modification to the customer's existing structure (drilling one 3/4" hole per wear bar) enables replacement wear bars manufactured by Industrial Composites to be retrofitted to existing structures made by Continental Conveyor. Our Poly-Slide Bars^® are attached to the Continental Conveyer frame using T-bolts and metal channel rather than the "through the bar" bolting technique employed by Continental Conveyer. If the underlying rubber is also to be replaced, our Impact Bars, employing the same method of attachment, may be substituted. Any operation which has experienced belt damage caused by loose bolts or exposed bolt heads can appreciate the benefits of Industrial Composites patented method of attachment of bars to support structures. Our Poly-Slide Bars^® and Impact Bars are MSHA approved and manufactured to the same high quality standards as are found in our other products.

S&S Slides
  Industrial Composites has designed a replacement wear bar for the belt support structure manufactured by S&S Slides. The Poly-Slide Bars^® manufactured by Industrial Composites have been modified to facilitate an easy retrofit to S&S Slide's existing structure. In the process, Industrial Composites has more than doubled the width of the wear surface of the conventional S&S Slides wear bar. Our Poly-Slide Bars^® are MSHA approved and the new design is manufactured to the same high quality standards as are found in our other products.
